Pilgrimage has been an important part of the life of our church for many years. As well as organising local pilgrimage walks, some of our members and previous ministers have been instrumental in establishing the Forth to Farne route between North Berwick and Lindisfarne.
The next Traprain Pilgrimage will be held on Saturday 18th May between Athelstaneford and Prestonkirk, finishing with a short time of worship.
Meeting at 10am at Athelstaneford Church, the pilgrimage walk will be to Prestonkirk. The walk is approximately 5 miles. Please bring a packed lunch to have at the close of the pilgrimage and arrange transport home at the end. There will be an opportunity to give a donation towards Christian Aid.
